What is the delivery time for embroidered products?

All of our embroidery is completed in the UK and carefully processed by hand. Orders are currently being dispatched within 3- 5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

How many colour threads do you have?

Whether you fancy bold & bright or subtle & chic, we have ten beautiful thread colours to choose from. You can only select one thread colour per bag at the moment - but watch this space!

Can I select numbers and symbols on my embroidery?

You now have the option to add embroidered numbers and symbols to your favourite Katie Loxton styles! Keep your eyes peeled for any future releases!

Can I return my embroidered bag?

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned to us unless faulty, we ask you to carefully check your initials and personalisation details before purchasing. If you believe that your item is faulty, please send a clear image of the item with a

What do I do if I have stained the embroidery on my product?

Light and colourful embroidery will be more prone to stain more than darker thread colours. To remove the stain as much as possible, clean it straight away by gently rubbing a tepid wet washcloth with a small amount of clear soap over the embroidery
