What happens if my order is delayed or lost during shipping?Updated 13 days ago

You'll find your estimated delivery date in your original Order Confirmation Email. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a further confirmation email with a tracking link (please note tracking links can take 12-24 hours to update).

Please allow the full delivery timeframe for your order to arrive. If it's not with you after this time please contact our Customer Care team hereand we'll do our best to help.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within your delivery timeframe, please note that this is an estimate and unforeseen delays could result in your order arriving slightly later than your estimated delivery date.
