What do I do if I haven't received my order confirmation email?Updated 14 hours ago

Please note we're currently experiencing technical difficulties responding to BT Email Address domains. If you are using a BT email address, you may not receive an order confirmation email. to check if your order was successful, please log into your account and view "my orders", or, contact our customer care team via our live chat facility and we will be happy to check your order.



If you haven’t received your confirmation email, we would advise checking your junk/spam emails in the first instance.

If you paid for your order using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, we would recommend checking the email address that's linked to these payment methods, as the confirmation email will likely have gone to this email address instead.

 If after checking these, you still don’t have your confirmation email, please contact us for further assistance.
