If your order was placed whilst logged into your Katie Loxton account, you'll be able to view the status of it by signing into your account, and viewing your orders.

Once shipped, your order will be trackable with Royal Mail. We will send you an email with a tracking number, and you can follow the journey of your order using that number. Please note it can take a few hours from dispatch for the tracking to update.

If an estimated delivery date is provided, Royal Mail will endeavor to deliver on time. For a more detailed update, you will be informed when your parcel reaches your local delivery office.
